Situated in the heart of Slovenian Istria above the village of Truške near Marezige, Rodica Winery is a family-run organic estate farming 15 hectares of terraced vineyards at 250–350 m elevation. The team cultivates 60,000 vines of indigenous varieties such as Refosco, Malvasia and Yellow Muscat, alongside Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Gris, all grown without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides in limestone-rich soils. With minimal intervention in the cellar and a genuine commitment to nature, the estate crafts wines of purity and character that evoke the sun-warmed slopes and Adriatic breeze of Istria.
