Ktima Gerovassiliou is a pioneering estate near Thessaloniki in northern Greece, established in 1981 by Vangelis Gerovassiliou. With vineyards planted on the slopes of Epanomi, the estate focuses on both indigenous Greek grapes—such as Malagousia, Assyrtiko and Limnio—and thoughtfully chosen international varieties. The wines are crafted to express the unique coastal-influenced terroir, combining Mediterranean warmth with sea breezes and calcareous-sandy soils, to achieve purity, aromatic depth and balanced structure. More than simply a winery, Gerovassiliou also features a dedicated Wine Museum and a modern production facility, underscoring the estate’s commitment to tradition, innovation and Greek wine culture.
