Château Paran Justice is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru estate located in the commune of Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, formed from the union of two historic properties—Château Paran and Château Justice. Set at the base of Saint-Émilion’s limestone slopes, the estate benefits from clay-limestone soils and a microclimate well-suited to Merlot and Cabernet Franc, which make up the 11-hectare vineyard. Farming is carried out with a biodynamic philosophy, including horse-plowing and sustainable practices that respect the land. Each parcel is vinified separately in temperature-controlled tanks using gravity-fed methods, followed by aging in French oak barrels, a portion of which are new. The resulting wines are elegant and structured, showing vibrant red and black fruit, refined tannins, and a mineral backbone that speaks to both the terroir and the estate’s commitment to quality.
