Nathalie Falmet is a pioneering grower-producer based in the village of Rouvres-les-Vignes in the Aube, at the southern edge of Champagne. As both winemaker and one of the region’s first female oenologists, she brings a scientific precision and artisanal touch to every stage of production. Her vineyards, rooted in the Kimmeridgian limestone soils of the Côte des Bar, are cultivated sustainably, with a focus on expressing the purity and personality of Pinot Noir. Each cuvée is vinified with care and intention, resulting in Champagnes that are vibrant, textured, and deeply individual—capturing both the power of the terroir and the finesse of a thoughtful, hands-on approach.
