Bodega Aniello

Patagonia, Argentina

Bodega Aniello channels the cool-climate spirit of Patagonia’s Alto Valle del Río Negro with both reverence for tradition and a modern winemaking vision. Situated around the 39th parallel south, the estate cultivates 55 hectares of vines, including historic plantings from 1932 and 1947. The wines—ranging from elegant Malbecs to refined Pinot Noirs and the rare Blanco de Pinot Noir—reflect the region’s dramatic temperature swings, low humidity, and persistent winds that produce thicker skins, deeper color, and vibrant aromatic intensity. With a focus on site-specific lots such as the “006” Estate and “Soil” series, and guided by hand-harvesting and minimal intervention in the cellar, Aniello offers a portfolio that expresses both terroir precision and Patagonian originality.
