Domaine Emmanuel Darnaud is a rising star of the northern Rhône, based in La Roche-de-Glun, where Emmanuel and his wife Marion farm around 15 hectares of Syrah and Marsanne across Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph. Since founding the estate in 2001 with just a single hectare, Emmanuel has built a reputation for crafting wines of precision, purity, and depth. The vineyards, rooted in alluvial and granite soils, are farmed sustainably with careful attention to each parcel. In the cellar, gentle handling and minimal intervention allow the character of each terroir to shine—resulting in Syrahs that are vibrant, spicy, and finely structured, and whites that balance richness with mineral tension.
