Driopi originates from a meticulously managed vineyard in the village of Koutsi in the renowned Nemea region of Greece, planted on clay-rich soils at around 350-380 metres above sea level and hosting vines about half a century old. The focus is on the indigenous red variety Agiorgitiko, grown at low yields and vinified with care to produce wines of elegance, depth and ageing potential. With fruit-driven aromatics of red berries and dried nuts, velvety tannins and clean structure, the Driopi wines offer a refined expression of both variety and place.
